Exercises in this non-aerobic water class are designed to minimize stress on joints, improve flexibility and strengthen muscles.

Aqua Nights
Experience aquatic exercise with a range of water activities. Intensity can be individualized and everyone is welcome to join the fun.

Competitive Sharks Swim Team
This is for individuals who can swim at least 25 yards front crawl and are interested in competitive swimming.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Training:
Throughout the year we will be offering lifeguard training classes.  Typically classes run over two extremely intense weekends.  At the end of the course students who complete all required skills will receive ARC certifications in Lifeguard & First Aid and CRP for the Professional Rescuer.  Check our registration system for course opportunities.
