gives members the ability
to have a personally
tailored workout that
instantly records their
progress while using the
cardio-vascular, Cybex
or Nautilus
equipment.
FitLinxx works because
it "learns" the program
that you and your coach
design specifically for
you. It keeps track of
your program and is
monitored by you and
your coarch. Because it
tracks your workout,
FitLinxx will enable
YMCA staff to interact
with each member
personally and help keep
you motivated. Installed
on 15 Nautilus machines
and 12 Cardiovascular
