Cycle Smart
Maybe it's because you'll torch an average of 500 calories per 40-minute ride. Or, maybe it's because regardless of your fitness level, your instructor will lead you in a heart-pounding yet low-impact workout while maintaining the ability to go at your own pace. Whatever the reason, millions worldwide have found a lot to love about the Cycle Smart program.

3 Ways To Pay:
Pay By The Month - Class break down is $3 or $6/class (except Bike & Tone). Pricing varies monthly due to the number of classes each month.

Punch Card - A 5 class punch card costs $15 for full privilege members and $30 for limited program members.


W.O.W. (Women on Weights)

This 1/2 hour class is designed specifically for women who have never used free weights. Learn how to build strength and increase muscle tone using our new Hammer Strength equipment. Weights. . . they're not just for men!

Monthly Fee: FREE full facility member

Schedule: Pick up a class schedule at the membership services desk.

 


Coed Fitness Class
This class is coed and includes a full hour of stretching and toning. Free weights, exercise bands and exercise balls are used.

Monthly Fee: Free full facility member, $24 limited program member

Schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Friday 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.


Bike & Tone
Class incorporates using a Cycle Smart bike for a cardio vascular work-out and hand weights for strength and toning. Great workout for all fitness levels.

Drop-In Fee: $2/class full facility members
                    $4/class limited program members

Schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Friday 11:00 am
                 Tuesday 6:00 pm

Handball / Racquetball Leagues
Racquetball and handball leagues are offered for men and women all year. Registration forms will be available at the membership services desk. Call for details.

Racquetball Courts May Be Reserved 3 Days In Advance With a Court Card

YMCA Court Cards
Enjoy the luxury of phoning in your court reservations! A Court Card may be purchased for $20 at the membership services desk. This Card entitles you to 10 hours worth of court time. After each court use, your card will be marked for the appropriate amount used.

Court Fees
The cost is $2.00 per hour to utilize our handball/racquetball courts. Eye protection is required. Goggles, racquets, gloves and balls are for sale at the membership services desk.


Open Basketball

During open gym time, you are welcome to come in and play basketball. Players are divided into teams as they arrive. Times set aside for:

High School & Up
Monday         5:00 am - 9:45 pm
Tuesday        5:00 am - 9:45 pm
Wednesday   5:00 am - 9:45 pm
Thursday       5:00 am - 9:45 pm
Friday           6:45 am - 9:25 pm
Saturday       6:45 am - 9:25 am
Sunday         2:00 pm - 7:25 pm
The fieldhouse will be closed on Saturdays between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm for Super Sports.


Aerobic Classes

We offer a wide range of aerobic classes, from low impact aerobics to step aerobics to cardio-kick. We have it all for you. See the Aerobic Schedule at the membership services desk for a complete listing of class times and descriptions.

Low Impact Aerobics
Experience a low impact aerobics class on the beginner level. Intensity can be individualized and everyone is welcome to join the fun.

Fee: Free to full facility members

Land/Water Aerobic Fees*
Monthly Unlimited Pass - Participant wears laminated pass on shoe. Pass is good for unlimited usage of all listed aerobic program classes. Can be purchased at membership services desk up to 1 week prior to date issued.

Fee: $12 full facility member |  $25 limited program member

OR

Bank Draft - You can add aerobic pass to your Full Privilege membership. At the start of each month, just stop by the membership services desk and pick up your pass.

Fee: $10/month added to your draft
        full facility members only
OR

5 Visit Punch Card – With the punch card you can have the convenience of drop in without having to stop at the Membership Services Desk. Present your punch card to the instructor to get punched each time you visit class. Purchase your punch card at the Membership Services Desk.

Fee: $8 full facility members |   $15 limited program members

OR

Drop-In: $2 full facility members ONLY. Purchase a drop in pass at the membership services desk and present receipt each time class is attended.

 

Water Fit
This water exercise class features light aerobics. Designed to improve flexibility and mobility. Participants choose a comfortable water depth.
No swimming experience needed.

Fee: Free - Full facility members others see above*.

Schedule: Tuesday / Thursday 9:00 a.m.

Aqua Nights
Experience aquatic exercise with a range of water activities. Intensity can be individualized and everyone is welcome to join the fun.

Fee: See above*.

Schedule: Monday / Wednesday 6:30 p.m.

Water Aerobics
A great way to add variety to your workout while having fun!
Must know how to swim.
