Pilates is an exercise system concentrating on elongation, strength and balance of the muscles. Class to be held in the health enhancement studio.

SENIOR YOGA

Create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Yoga poses in this class are modified for the older adult. For rates and dates - pick up a class schedule at the membership services desk.
 



ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS

This coed class utilizes chair, standing and walking exercises. The use of hand-held weights, exertubes and other equipment will help you gain strength, increase your range of motion and improve flexibility.

Monthly Fee: FREE full facility member ; $34 limited program member

Schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Friday 10:15 - 11:00 a.m.

 

AQUAFLEXABLE
Exercises in this non-aerobic water class are designed to minimize stress on joints, improve flexibility and strengthen muscles for our mature adults.

Monthly Fee: $17 full facility member ;
                       $34 limited program member

Drop-In: $1.50/class full facility member
               $3.00/class limited program member
