PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training and strength and conditioning for athletes is being offered to YMCA members in conjunction with Twin Peak Performance. Their certified staff will help you understand the many components of physical fitness. Twin Peak also offers a Power 1/2 Hour Abs Class several times per week. Functional Assessment


Twin Peak Performance offers fitness assessment for those of you just starting out as well as those who are in great shape. This assessment will allow an individual to see where they are lacking in regard to functional living. Whether their balance may be a little off, or they are having a hard time getting out of a chair, this is for you. They will assess and then give corrective exercises to help the weaknesses.
