HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

CHRISTMAS PRACTICE SURVIVORS

Over the Christmas break the Sharks had 12 practices available. If you completed every workout, you would have done over 83,000 yards or 42.7 miles. Yes, that makes my arms hurt too! We had 6 Sharks that made every practice. Kudos to our Hard Core Sharks: Andrea Brown, Brooke Rich, Whitney Woodbridge, Mary McCarthy, Paul Ilkka, and Scott Inman.

CHET’S LANE

****Look in next weeks’ newsletter for the team picture date and time. We are trying to schedule this picture so that the high school boys can be present.

Congratulations to our six Shark swimmers that made all 12 workouts. The Christmas practice Meltdown did not get to you.              ** CHET**

SIGNS OF CHRISTMAS PRACTICE MELTDOWN: by Whitney Woodbridge

·        When you enjoy calculating how many miles you swam throughout the week.

·        When you wish you where in the movie CLICK then realize you are really in the movie Groundhog Day AND think it’s funny.

·        When you start complaining about your suit hickies, pull bouy rashes, and fin blisters.

But we deserve to complain because just today alone we did 6.0 miles in three hours.

What a day.
