Twin Peak Performance Total Body Body Sculpt is a monthly series incorporating Interval, Circuit, Core and Strength Training exercises in a group setting guaranteed to drop weight and inches from your body. Making YOU a healthier NEW YOU in 2012!
At Twin Peak Performance Total Body Sculpt, we offer the following:
- After registering with full payment, sign up for appointments - 3 days a week
- 2:1 approximate client/trainer ratio
- Intense weight training
- Cardio Circuit Program - guaranteed to strengthen and define muscle while chiseling away body fat
- 40 minutes of weight training using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- 20 minutes of cardio
- New sessions start monthly
- (Registration opens the 15th of each month)
